On November 22nd, 2025, Republic Bank hosted its very first Inside Out Pop-Up Market, at the Trincity Branch Carpark. Coming on the heels of Global Entrepreneurship Week, this event featured 41 staff-owned businesses, spotlighting the creativity and passion across our network, while deepening connections with staff, family, friends, and customers who form part of our Republic family.

Alicia Gargee, Sustainability Specialist, and Owner of Sugar N Spice Cookie Co., shared an inspirational testimonial, following her participation in the Pop-Up event. Her experience reflects the Group’s strong commitment to its mission of “Empowering Entrepreneurs from Within”.

“Last weekend, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in Republic Bank’s “Inside Out Market”, a vibrant showcase of employee entrepreneurs. This was my first-ever pop-up market, and it proved to be an excellent platform to gain visibility, build exposure, and connect with colleagues, customers and friends.
