The global pandemic has highlighted the unique challenges women face while showing how they have benefited from the digital transformation of businesses and remote learning. The remote digital accessibility of this Programme allows women to join a powerful community of business women from the comfort of their homes as they work towards achieving their business goals.

The EBB Programme also aligns with Republic Bank’s new organisational pillars of relevance, resilience and responsibility. Additionally, it satisfies the Bank’s Diversity & Inclusion tenet within the larger Principles of Responsible Banking commitment to the UN’s sustainable goals. Republic Bank values inclusiveness, diversity and gender equity and will continue to work towards achieving adherence to these principles in its programmes.
The EBB Programme has two phases.
Phase 1 is a three-month self-paced online learning programme for 150 women who have a minimum of two years’ entrepreneurial experience. The best part is they receive 80% financing when they access our partial scholarship!
Phase 2 runs for nine months and offers a FULL SCHOLARSHIP to the top 20 performers with 1-2-1 mentoring, online group support, interactive coaching sessions and dedicated Account Managers to assist with their banking needs.

Republic Bank Limited in partnership with Business and People Development (BPD) Associates are the facilitators of the Women Entrepreneurs Business Builders (EBB) Programme. This programme would be conducted remotely for a duration of 12 months.
In Phase One of the programme, successful applicants must commit to an investment of US$370.00 or local currency equivalent, payable upon selection and agreement to participate in the Programme. A FULL SCHOLARSHIP will be available for each of the 20 participants who complete Phase Two.
